Annie Mist Thorisdottir, from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit Athlete. She is also the owner of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it in addition. Annie is the only woman to take home in the CrossFit Games twice. Annie was second in both the 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is an athlete in weightlifting CrossFit and a media star. Her fame was boosted by her being the first woman to have been awarded twice at the CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012 In 2013, and in 2017 she took home in the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born in and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and siblings. At a very early time, she was a fervent sports enthusiast and loved working out. She was awarded numerous medals at school events. Her first competition was CrossFit in California in 2009. The performance she showed was impressive in her initial games. Annie Thorisdottir is expected to turn 31 by 2021. She's 5' 7" tall and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie started her CrossFit journey in California in 2009. She did well on her first competitions and finished in the top 10 in the rankings. However, she was unable to make it to the top of the tournament, and ended the tournament with a score of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The coach Jami Tikannen helped her achieve an overall second place at the CrossFit Games, and a medal in the silver category that year. Because of her outstanding performances, she was able to claim her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie became the very first woman to win successive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to her outstanding performance. Additionally, in 2014 Annie was awarded a Silver Medal, and, most recently in 2021 she won Bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie works as a trainer and coach at Crossfit Reykjavik. It was the idea of her. With rising fame as an athlete Annie is a model of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekicks Yerbae, among other brands. Her own Youtube page has over 1,000 users, posting her family and travel videos along with training and diet plans.
